Yesh, I feel like I've had my head in the sand lately. Not that I put it there on purpose or whatever.

Part of Asgard seems happy. The members who most deserve it - Henry, Eileen, Dorian, Ryuzaki. The other part, not so well right now - Will, Blythe, Lina, and Kain... And back before all this, before I came here, I woulda loved to throw myself into the second group, 'cause there was nothin' I loved more than to be angry and to fight. I'd be on nobody's side but my own. But since I've spent all my anger on Sal, I don't have much left over to share with anybody else.

At least not right now. Hah.

I used to not care. If someone's angry at me now, y'know, I think I would care. Well, at least if it's a "fellow" Asgard. I'm not sure when I started caring - probably when I started talkin' to the people here. Like with Dorian, ya just can't help it. And Frank, and Alice, and...

And now at least two of my fellow Asgards are together, as a couple. I am happy for them, why the hell wouldn't I be? It is still a sorta mental kick in the rear, though. Romance has been the last thing on my mind since I got here. Not that the Ladies of Asgard aren't attractive, of course they are DUH, but it's just...

I wouldn't be any good at that stuff anyway. Romance, relationships, intimacy.

God, listen to me whining. I need to shut the fuck up. I'm happy with the friends I got, and I didn't come here expectin' to be happy anyway. I wanted to be a part of somethin' big for once, so now I am. I got to actually help people and feel more than useless for once, goddamnit. Once Asgard wins this, I'll be going back to my other life, so I better enjoy what I have now before everythin's taken away again. 'Cause it always is, here today, gone the fuck away tomorrow.
